Recognized on the court during halftime of the San Antonio Spurs–Atlanta Hawks game, he was welcomed with a customized Spurs jersey, as well as loud cheering from the crowd. Described as a role model and a caring individual who goes above and beyond for his students, Mr. Lara is always there to help them, even after they have moved on in their education journey.
We thank Mr. Lara for his compassion and for being a guiding light in our children’s lives!
